Condominium Representation

We advise and counsel Boards of condominium associations regarding  myriad governance issues, helping the Board to solve problems. We also litigate to enforce rules of the association, collect assessments in arrears, and defend the association when sued by other parties.


Representing Condominium ASSOCIATIONS »

We represent individual unit owners where plausible claims of breach of fiduciary duty, violations of the Illinois Condominium Property Act, or other abuses of authority by the Board of Directors of the association have occurred.



Representing Condominium UNIT OWNERS »

We litigate on behalf of residents who have housing discrimination claims. The federal Fair Housing Act and other state and local ordinances prohibit condominium associations from discriminating against residents and require them  to accommodate those residents with disabilities. With a long-standing experience in fair housing law, our office is very well suited to represent you if you are a victim of discrimination.
